Hey all, anyone listened to the hypnosis cd's by hypnotica? Are they effective while falling asleep, or should you be awake the whole time? Sometimes I'll be listening, then wake up later as the cd is finishing and I'm not sure if I fell asleep, was in a trance, or what...

Any advice on how to best use these?
