Wanted to see what you guys think. I have been doining a version of cory skyy's. No mirror affirmations but just repeating affirmations to myself. Like I know I love woman is an example of his affirmations. He used I know and I am to enforce it into your belief system. I have seen postive results in a few months but not sure if its the most effective way.

I just read a little about ross jefferies affirmations. He says you should pose the affirmation as- you are great. or something of that nature. Pretty much your affirmation should say you instead of I am or something like that. Never heard of this but he says its really effective.

Wondering if anyone could drop a little light onto me on this subject.

I Imagine its similar to self hypnosis when you make a tape and listen to it you use third person "you" when you say the affirmation to yourself you say "I"

So when you say the affirmation while looking in the mirror (third person) you say "you", when saying to yourself interspective (first person) you say "I".

I read one of ross' old books he basicly says to use "you" because it's less resisted. more easily accepted as true.

I recommened Nail Your Inner Game because it's far beyond affirmations when put in use properly.
