From what i see, you have insecurities, which can be solved by theraphy, hypnosis, meditation etc.. Another cheap and good alternative is to get a journal and record your day-to-day activies.
Take 30 minutes of your time off your day to think about what happened, reflect and write it down, with solutions to solve issues you're unhappy about.
Take another 10 minutes, to visualize your self with full confidence, add all the emotions and feelings involveded, put yourself in various scenarios you'd like to be in, also add in any other high value stuff ( girls, wealth, status, power, etc..)
This takes alot of self-discipline but it DOES work, try it for 3 days and tell me your result..
Self-confidence really is from, action and experience. Try think positive, solve your insecurities, take action to gain that experience. This is cause and effect, you WILL get self-confident over time.
