We all know that inner game is really the key. The naturals have it, experianced pros have it and when you have great inner game, what you say matters little because the girls can smell your confidence, how you carry yourself, they are incrediably intuitive, a lot more than men.
I am sure you have heard that 95% of what we project is non verbal. THat means no matter what you are saying women especially can pick up how high you place yourself and how much worth you attribute to yourself. Things like body language, tonality, expression all denote how high your energy level is and that is attractive.
So, we can build our inner game through experiance which is a good way because experiance is often the quickest way to build confidence and develop beliefs. If you continually approach girls eventually you are not going to care what they think and you are half way there, you must not care what they think, they want to be led.
But another great way is to visualise, visualise, visualise. The mind cannot tell if you are imagining something or it is realy happening so you can build the feeling up of confidence and great inner game just in your mind and eventually if you ignore what is, this will become your dominant feeling! And plus it is incrediably fun also.

Lie down in a comfortable place and just relax, maybe meditate a bit. Then go to a place like a social situation in your mind and picture everything as being comfortabel. The temperature is warm and great, the music is at a good level but you can hear yourself, you are with your favourite wingman who seems to instill a great feeling of confidence in you.
You feel great, you feel better thangreat. Imagine that you just do not care what happens here because you are having a great time now. Let this feeling flood all over you and feel its warmth. Next, just imagine that just this night girls are checking you out left right and center, all the female attention seems to be focusing on you in a good way. (How would this feel, how would I embrace this?).
How would you feel if you KNEW things wre gunna work out here and you KNEW that you wer gunna get laid? Picture yourself as that guy, we have all seen them, the guy who has that high energy level, who moves effortlessly and people seem to want to be around him, you are him and it feels so confident, picture yourself with a cape on, and this beautiful cape jsut raises you confident nature of your being.
Picture yourself just effortlessly approaching girls woth no care about the outcome. You feel so in control of the situation and itfeels like you are the prize and she is doing her best to impress you. Feel the utter confidence and control of this interaction.....

See what I mean, how fun it is to lose yourself in it? Don't worry that it is not real because as I said the mind cannot discern if something is happening for real or you are imagining it. IF you do this 15mins a day in such a short while the feeling of great inner game will become more and more familiar and that is just what we are after, the feelings of confidence and worth, this is what produces inner game.

Have fun with this, happy sarging,
Nicky Struthers

Nicky good points here.
Exactly the same visual exercise prescribed by Maxwell Maltz in his book Psycho Cybernetics which employs the 'theater in your mind' to eliminate habits and self image issues.
Maltz is huge on acting out you intended 'self image' and what you want to be like and with 15-30 minutes a day for 21 days you will see remarkable changes.
He has studied thousand of cases and proven that 21 days is the period in which a habit is erased (give or take a few days) with this strong imagery being employed every day.
It has worked remarkably with myself and I urge everyone to get the above book!

Mr.Shiver. Exactly what kinds of changes were you seeing? I did it for a week and got bored of it. Please, list the changes youve made as regards from this book and maybe more people will take the initiative to buy it as regards to your experiences from the book.

Thanks!
