Can anyone direct me or post links to some PUA transformational stories please, i.e successful transformation from shy AFC to successful PUA. I'm in need of a bit of extra inspiration, and consider hearing other peoples successful experiences as the best way of achieving this.
P.S - If any of you would like to outline your own successful transformations I would be very interested in hearing about those
