Warning: Newbie Here! Thanks for your input.
I've been single for a year and while I keep myself busy with work, the gym and sports... I have had a hard time going out and meeting women ever since I graduated college. Most of my buddies have moved away or are in relationships, so I lack people to sarge with.
I noticed my negative mind frame about a week ago after I stopped talking to this girl I was dating. Things went from good to bad in about four weeks. I let my guard down and became comfortable quickly which ended up pushing her away.
I recognize my mistakes and am eager to correct myself. What should I be concentrated on? Any quality material I should be reading?
When you say you let your guard down, what do you mean? And why does letting your guard down push her away do you think?
