A few months a go I was the dominant alpha male of a group of 6-8 male/females. Then a slightly older female joins the group. This girl is traveling, mainly to get over her long term ex who ended up marrying her bestfriend. She is HB6-7, but insists on taking over the group and starts to try to win people over. She also starts pointing out that it is the girls who make the choice not the guys. And starts to loudly and openly express what every girl really wants to sleep with: tall, buff, blond, blue eyes, big dick. She even went out with two Italian brothers and slept with the bigger/fairer brother and got the other brother to chase her fruitlessly. The girls loved her "liberating" ideas and some of the guys even followed her frame too.
To my surprise this has had a profound impact on how I see myself and my goals. I can no longer see myself as an alpha male because I think there are more girls out there who think like her and I don't have the qualities they value and hence feel insecure about them. How can I start to focus on my positive qualities again? also any constructive advice on how I could have dealt better with the situation would be appreciated.

She's obviously very persuasive. Fight fire with fire liberate the boys and say things that all boys say but never say out loud. With the other girls just do what you used to do.
