ive realised that PUA is a philosophy. Where confidence, Body Language and your internal mindset create your reality. irs a lot more than what it appears to be it can be applied to anything all it takes is consistency. The key to PUA is being present not dwelling on the past or the future but being their right now and have the ability to act and be fluent. Consistency is the key.
