How to let go of fear and anxiety

Bring into the mind of whatever you feel scared or anxious about....

Say to yourself or out loud;Can I let go of wanting this to happen?;Can I let go of expecting this to happen?;What is it that im afraid will happen?;What is it that I dont want to happen?;Can I let go of wanting this to happen?;Can I let go of expecting this to happen?

How to let go of shame and guilt...

Bring into the mind you feel ashamed of or guilty about...

Say to yourself or out loud; Could I allow myself to decide that I have been punished enough?; Could I let go of WANTING to punish myself?; Could I stop planning to punish myself again in the future?;

How to reach goals...

Say Out loud to yourself what your goals are...

Ex. I allow myself to stop being anxious around girls...

ASk yourself; Whats stopping you from doing or becoming that. Be as honest as possible. List what is making you socially anxious around girls. Then ask yourself;Can I let these feelings go?;Would I let these feeling go?;Would I rather have these feeling or be happy and free?;When?;

Remember that no matter how bad it hurts always be honest with the questions. Youll be amazed by the progress youll start making. There will be a part 2 im just too fuckin tired to write it out now.

I had a few epiphanies a while back watching this show "Dexter". It's about a serial killer that only kills other killers. The whole show is about the fact that the main character Dexter walks around all day feeling disconnected from everyone else because he thinks that if they truly knew who he was on the inside they would reject him.

Most people who walk around with shame, guilt, or low self-esteem can directly relate to this feeling. The real interesting part is as the episodes go on, Dexter slowly begins to fix himself psychologically by making incremental improvements. The real interesting part is that if you follow along, as Dexter learns more about himself, you learn more about yourself vicariously. Every episode has like a psychologically lesson as it's undertone, which was meant to speak to the entire audience through subtext.

But any way back to the epiphany, we all build up this false self which we project to the world to hide our flaws, but we hide our true self so deep that often we hide it even from ourselves. We are so deeply ashamed of our flaws and shortcomings, that we never confront our true self head on. We are so afraid to admit our weaknesses and irregularities, that we block it out and deny they even exist. The only way to ever increase your self-esteem and get rid of all the guilt and shame you've been carrying around, is to come face to face with your true self, the one you hide from everyone else, and be okay with it. You have to realize that people will not reject you for being human, you don't have to be perfect. Let the real you out. Let out all the silly and stupid thoughts come out. Let all the opinions you've harbored inside come out. Let your true personality shine through, the one that only the most trusted people in your life have seen, and realize people won't reject you for it. This is what is meant when people say "Just be yourself", they mean be yourself and be okay about being yourself.
