| well i have pretty solid inner game and now i want to take it that step further, into my self confidence beign rock solid, and whereever i go just exude self acceptance and confidence.
to give you an idea of where i am right not: last week, while i got up in the middle of class to go throw out something, complimented my hair in a sarcastic tone (showing the class the effects of tone...or soemthing, i wasnt really paying attention lol) in response he asked me how i felt about the sincarity behind his compliment, i responded with "im not really sure but im just gonna take it as a compliment, thank you". and than he went on to say (to the class) "in the short time ive gotten to know *me* i know that he is self confident and has a positive outlook, so when i sarcastically compliment him, instead of being upset like some others, he just takes the compliment at face value".
to get more to the point:
today i asked a friend if i came off as a self confident person, he responded with an enthusiastic yes, and rated my self confidence a 8or9 out of 10. but i feel that im porbably more around a 6/7, im past the faking it till you make it stage ( i no longer act obscenely cocky to mask the massive amount of insecurity i had inside) and now am completly comfortable with who i am. i want to get to the point where i am a 10 out of 10, legitimatly. and was wondering what material, excersises, or methods i could do to improve my self confidence from already pretty strong to Rock Solid (hypnotica like)
ive arleady done ross jefferies unstoppable confidence and read all the material i could get my hands on for inner game(which isnt much, basically all the material on bristollair)
