This terms sound similar, but to me they are really different and I have problems with them.

Lack of Imagination - I can't see myself in a 'real' relationship, with a HB, especially someone intelligent or successful, where I will place her on a pedestal, examples included ambitious smart execs and models/actresses. As a geek, the idea does not even make sense. Due to social conditioning or lack of experience, I wouldn't know what to say or do.

Fantasizing - This isn't really bad, but instead of going out sarging I'll fantasize instead, I think it serves a useful purpose of planning your Day 2's, but if I haven't even approached, I shouldn't be thinking about sexual positions.

Visualization - I guess this is the positive one, use it to get to gain the confidence to use the material and be confident. Doesn't stop AA though.

Anyone have tips on how to fix this?

First of all, to get your imagination, fantasizing and visualization going I would recommend the following: Read books and comics, watch movies and cartoons.

Now then, lack of imagination: You can't imagine being with a HB? What alot of bull, of course you can! In your imagination you can say (since you're a geek) "Hey babe, I just installed Debian v. 3.11 and confed the kernel (or whatever)" and her reply will be "Oh my god, that is so hot! Take me now!!". Don't let your ideas about what makes sense or not hinder you, that's kinda the point of imagining stuff!

But really, stop living inside your head and get out in the field dude! That will help you more than anything!

As in I can imagine myself going out for a beer with my buddies, I know what we'll talk about or what we'll do.

I can imagine going to a class and sitting down and whatever.

I can imagine, being the character in the movie because I've seen it.

But when applied to performing surgery or driving an F1 car or being with a HB is just impossible juju to me. I guess it's kinda negative and I should shut if off though.

I think I finally get it, I have been talking to like 1000% more girls than I used to and at a deeper level. It's not so hard to imagine that a lonely guy and a lonely girl can get together and connect.

There's all these talk about being pua and being alpha and playing games, but Style was right in the final chapter of his book when it's sometimes not so complicated.
