How do you motivate yourslef before sarging?

As an AFC who is just now getting in the game I like to watch this video. I relate it to what I have to do, to the goals I want to achieve and how I want to carry myself around target.

Actually I did a video about this. Personally, being an ex sales person I love the "Glen Gary, Glen Ross" video above. It's one of the best speeches for sales in my opinion. Also, check out the movie Boiler Room.
