Quick exercise for confidence

ok folks this is an abstract thing but stick with it.

Ok, think of the most bad assed cool male role-model you can, someone you really look up to. Now make a list of their qualities (about 5 or 6).

Once you have done this go through the list and think of times you have displayed these qualities, for example have you ever shown leadership or strength or wit. The answer will more than likely be yes, now for the beautiful inner game part ....... What makes them different from you?

You have shown that you have the potential to be the person you want to be and already have all the tools needed, so what are you waiting for be that person, start in small doses and build up the amount of times that you utilize the qualities. You can also throw something into the mix to keep yourself conscious of trying to exercise these qualities, a watch, a jacket anything that changes you from you to super-you.
