Ok I know I always rattle on about this book but seriously one of you has to buy it then you will see the genius of it; Shambhala: Sacred Path of the Warrior by Chogyam Trungpa. Yes it is a religious book or something but it is more about life lessons and being the best person you can be (sound familiar).

Next, the cold shower. This is one of the greatest tools at my disposal for inner game, about two hours before you go out sarging have the coldest shower you can (ideally it will give you a headache when you put your head under it). Then just have a shower as normal in the cold all the time thinking how much it sucks but don't give in and turn on the warm water. Then dry off and climb into bed to warm up. For the rest of the day/night things may suck but they won't suck as much as that shower. It also puts me in a ridiculously good mood and makes me super alert, again two very useful things for PUA.

Thats funny. Back when I was more broke than I am now, my gas got turned off and I had to take cold showers for atleast two months. During that time, the only thing I ended up appreciating more was deodorant. 45 second showers I shit you not!
