hey, recently over January and now, i couldnt regain my confidence the way i had in summer.. my alpha traits got fucked up and i cant even talk straight...
I came up with few variable that might cause this confidence depression...
a.) working out less b.) cant go out more cause of weather, c.) i cant attract anyone d.) lost all my social friends. e.) watch less comedy including MadTv, f.) my punk band that made me feel like part of family, g.) football

Here are some differences between now and Summer
DURING SUMMER: played in the football team, was part of a punk band, worked out alot, had gfs, went out more and biked, hiked, felt worthy and Alpha

NOW: work out less (i still do work out) , playing a lead role in upcoming Musical, and just hanging out with 2~4 friends.---musical is taking 75%of my time after school. I dont feel like going to parties or dances. I feel less alpha and less worthy

Whats happened to me? I was able to attractg anyone and anytime, now i feel like shit, lost my alpha traits and cocky+funny style talk.. and How do i regain my old self back... i`m thinking of going to see therapist but what can they do when i say i want to attract women again and live a confident lifestyle?

I've been in a similar funk myself for a while. I've had really bad episodes of this winter stuff before, but now that I live in California it's less of a problem, but I always lose a bit of mojo in the winter.

These days' I'm finding it hard to get up in the morning, so I'm working later to make up the time, so I'm not having much of an evening life, just working on projects on the computer and watching DVDs rather than getting out and mingling.

I see winter as a time to workout, recharge, read, rest.

I read somewhere on another thread the other day that cutting down on masturbation can help. I tried it the other day, went without it for a day or two and found myself much better focussed. Had a little bit of an edge to me that kept me on my toes.

I'm gently ramping up the amount of working out I'm doing, pumping dumbells at my desk during the day and doing core exercises and pushups in the evening as part of a 5 minute workout. Feels pretty good actually.

Clearing the decks at weekends to allow more time for cycling which gives me a great physical buzz. Physical wellbeing is the first step, I think.

Also, I'm clearing clutter out of my house and getting that in order. That has a good psychological effect.

Next I plan to review the Mystery Method, re-read The Game, and begin repetitive viewing of a Mystery video that I downloaded last year.

All small steps that can add up, I think.

In your case I think things will improve once your musical is over, but you should see that through to the end so you can get the job satisfaction and DHV of it. Just focus on the musical for now, finish that job, and have your to-do list ready to begin working through as soon as your schedule frees up again. Write down you to-do list, it'll make it seem like a shopping list that you can easily work through and tick off the items as you go along. It'll give you something to look forward to, and it's ok to be tied up on one big task for a while. The fact that you played this lead role will prove that you have what it takes to stick to a long term project, maternally-minded women will like that on a subconscious level.

Mikehawk, get the fuck out of my life.

I feel the same, but I'm not working out at all any more (don't want, and I'm using medication for acne which prohibits me for another 2 months).

I think one of my problems is that I like feeling sad, when I feel sad.

Working out releases endorphines and causes your body to manufacture testosterone. Meaning you feel happy, and manly.

You had a lot of social stuff going for you. I'd work on getting some of that back - not necessarily the same things, but get back into sports, play with another band, etc.

You have to put in effort to get these things, and you will be rewarded with feeling good about yourself and feeling more alpha. It doesn't work the other way around... kinda sucks, but it makes sense.

Sounds like winter to me.

People go into Hibernation mode in winter. A lot of people are in a more serious mood, and some are even depressed (Seasonal affective disorder). I know that my mood is a lot less positive in the winter months.

My prediction is that your mood will become more positive as summer comes closer and it becomes warmer. Pretty soon you should be back to the same state as last summer (mentally). You just need to put out a little effort to build your lifestyle back up.
