What can help a nerdy man conciliate his tendency for work/study and his desire to be with woman - who I feel generally don't like this kind of man?
Where to meet smart woman who like the smart, hardworking kind of man outside of university/workplace?

It is hard to get woman when you spend most of the time studying for university and never really spend much time meeting woman. In addition, if you think you are good at what you do, you may become very selective with woman (because you want a woman who likes smart men and therefore look for smart and accomplished woman too) and that also decreases your chances.

Since it's also my first post in this forum I will give a intro of myself that motivates this question:
I am a 23 year-old male that really likes to study and I recently I even got myself in a prestigious university in Europe with a scholarship. Since middle school I had some problems with woman because I got psychologically bullied/AMOGed by colleagues. Also, I got into a male residence hall when I went to college so really never practiced seduction. I was rejected for several dates, I had a strong one-itis for a really smart friend who rejected me for a sportive/not-so-mentally bright male friend and I had a nice-guy syndrome with another girl who used me. Fortunately, some months ago I found a medicine girl who valued me for being who I am and we were in a relationship for one week, after being friends for two months, I had my first kiss and lost my virginity. We are not together anymore but this got me wondering where can I meet more girls like this.

At first it is same as game for any other guy...just that it is in different enviroment..so I recommend u to do occasionaly study breaks like for weekends, and attend university parties, like med uni party and meet girls there, u can also approach at library, or anywhere else but, I really think u should work on ur inner game at first.
