All weeks
- Quit gambling / quiz machines
- Quit drinking coke
- Quit alcohol
- Quit masturbation / porn (no fap 150 day challenge) - (didn't mention this to her not sure if I should..)
- Started spending less / saving more
- Started seeing the physio and doing my exercises daily again
- Eat at least two portions of fruit a day and ideally some fruit juice / vegetables
- Eat a healthy breakfast two or three times per week / eat some sort of breakfast every day
First four weeks
- Guitar three times per week
- Fitness class once per week
- Yoga once per week
Second four weeks
- Guitar five times per week
- Fitness class twice per week
- Yoga once per week
Third Four weeks
- Guitar six times per week
- Fitness class three times per week
- Yoga once per week
Then on
- Guitar six / seven times per week
- Fitness class three times per week
- One run on a saturday morning
- Yoga once per week
My questions are is there a good way to approach game at fitness classes? I'm not really that fit and healthy yet and the women are and the other men there are...
I will then once saved do a PUA bootcamp which I have been meaning to go on one for years. Before that I'll try some online sarging maybe try a bit of daygame.
