In my AFC days I used to think "well at least I'm doing better than him" but I shouldn't have been doing that.. The only way to be the best is to compare yourself with the best (or at least the best you know)..
So everyone (especially newbies like me) push yourselves, as Mystery says "The enemy of the best is the good"..

It's kind of weird though, because one of my closest friends is both a natural and an AMOG. However I've recently learned to put anyone in line who follows him or, if need be, to put him in line if he pushes me half an inch too far.
I don't want to be harsh just yet just because I'm a newbie and I might go too far by mistake; like I said, he's a very close friend and that means a lot. =p
By the way, does anyone else have this problem: one of your best friends is actually an AMOG that sometimes fucks with your game?
I can't talk to this guy about PU or the community and he's greedy with the girls. =/
The funny thing is that I've got another buddy who's a natural and even better with the ladies than he is, but this other buddy is totally cool with me and doesn't AMOG my game; he works with me, not against me!

Drop the first AMOG. He ain't really an AMOG; he's a douche. He doesn't respect you enough to share. Screw him. Hang out with him when it's just guy's night out.
Only sarge with the cool AMOG (who's a REAL AMOG).
If he's your friend, you shouldn't be having to compete with him. He's just trying to sabotage your game. I had a similar friend. I dropped him like a bad habit. You don't need guys like that when you're sarging. If you're adamant about sarging with him, then just deflate him whenever he starts to act up. You know his personality, so you can think of some good deflaters in advance. He may be your friend, but he made the first move.
