I'm a good looking guy who surfs, snowboards, skates and is fit. I have a really nice car but one thing I cant really get all too many girls, even though everyone thinks I get a lot. I don't put a high value on myself when I get with a hot girl I doubt myself and think why is she into me. Also I'm not that good at making first moves or know when the right time to make contact is. I usually go for chicks who break the ice first and end up getting to shy and forcing myself not to pursue or how to go about doing so. So I was wondering if anyone could help with advice.

Most of how a woman determines a man's value is by his behavior, and how much he believes in his own value shines through. The heart of good, natural game is high self-esteem and self-respect. You cannot entirely fake this, and it's usually not a quick fix. You need to build confidence by taking action, by interacting with a lot of women and gaining experience. This will also help you with knowing when to make a first move, and similar issues. Most of those things work themselves out with experience by trial and error. You have to be willing to f*ck up, to be rejected and to learn from your mistakes in order to reach a higher level of mastery. Stop letting "being shy" hold you back as an excuse. Approach, practice, learn. Believe in yourself.
Good luck
