This is my personal quote.

To many people sit day after day battered by their lack of confidence. Everyone's self-esteem is derived from their environment. Its whether or not you choose to listen to these ideas that determines your success in life. Do you believe the things people say about you? Ex: Your negative father tells you you'll never amount to anything. If you believe that bullshit then you won't. It all comes down to your view on the world. Do you think you will divide and conquer or wallow in your inability to try? We get so rapped up in the social web, that we forget who's opinion truly matters. Our own. If your whole life you've lived by the standards and boundries set by everyone else, its time to change that. Its never to late to take control of your life. If you believe something is right it will be, if you believe you need a harem of women you'll have it - David X. If you don't then the women in your life won't.

This concept doesn't just apply to getting women either. It can be applied to every aspect of your life. If you have a dead-end job you hate; make a plan as to what you can do to improve. Perserverance and dedication are what makes a champion. Mystery is an animal; because he always pushes forward. Always continues on, because its his world not hers. Ganhdi was a great man because he believed something. He dedicated his life to achieving the goal of freedom for his people.

You can do whatever you want as long as you believe in it. If you think this is to hard then stop for a second and do some introspection. Think about what really matter to you, and make it happen.

I hope some of you guys out there can read this a apply it to your life. Everyone should be able to succeed at whatever they do. Remember guys if you ever find yourself faultering in anything you have this community. Yes, we are here to share knowledge on pick-up but everyone has special talents and if you need help with something ask. There's hundreds of knowledgable guys here to help.

AMAZING post, Nuked. I couldn't agree more; when I actually have confidence and believe I will succeed, I do in fact succeed. Nothing else matters besides your perception of yourself. Also, the way you view yourself translates to the way others view you, which results in an increase in social proof and additional confidence. BTW, I'm gonna have to borrow your quote and add it to my quote list. That shit is deep, my friend.

It's amazing when you find yourself in a tough situation, you feel like you're slipping, and the you get a blast-from-the-past type of post like this to bring tha playa spirit back to life. You're my thumbs-up man of the day. Pro, dude!

I love that quote. Really and truly, it embodies everything I have learned in the 6 months I have been "learning the art"...

Limiting beliefs seem to be the only true barrier most of us will need to defeat. The belief that we suck with women, makes us suck with women... all you need is the BELIEF that you rock to make it so...

This was actually an epiphany I had in the last month or two I spent away from PUA circles... but posts like these are why I started in the first place... no self help book I have ever read, no friend I have ever talked to has come close to building my inner game half as much as any advice I have gotten here...

...It's amazing how much a healthy mind and ego have to do with seduction. Nothing in life can hold you back if you have the right belief system.
