I have a hard time getting out of a negative state of mind.

for example, last night some random drunk guy picked a fight with me. i stood my ground and the bartender got the bouncer and he was tossed.

but it put me in a real negative mind set, and i didnt approach the rest of the night and everyone could tell all over my face. Today im still really negative feeling.

honestly, the only way i have found to get out of this mind set is sadly by burning through a few approaches and getting rejected and into "not giving a fuck mode"

any advice on how to more practically get over this? Sometimes it isnt near as significant as a fight. it can be as simple as having someone being overly critical of me. i go into a "i have no confidence mode for a day or two" and then get out of it.
