I saw this video and just had to share here.
Russell Brand takes over an interview, controls the frame and just doing whatever he wants.
I'd like to hear any thoughts you guys have about it.
For some reason I can't post here a link to youtube, so just search:
Russell Brand on MSNBC Mocking Media
Its worth watching. More than once.
Ha ha ha. . . love this guy. Smart with knowledge and imagination.
This forum is filled with advice for confidence, controlling frame, alpha this and alpha that . . .but none of these things exist in a vacuum. You don't exercise for confidence. You don't exercise to become ALPHA. These things are all byproducts of practicing, failing, and succeeding in REAL LIFE EVENTS. If you're confident basketball player, will you be a confident football player? This is possible because there's an overlap of skill sets. . . but being confident in these things doesn't necessarily mean that you will be confident in physics lab or on a stage on the set of a Broadway musical.
The humor in this clip (to me anyways) is that the news team condescends to Brand as some silly comic and it turns out that they are "untalented" comics. Brand's confidence as a "COMEDIAN" actually dwarfs those idiots around the table, which essentially reinforces the fact that the idiots around the table in fact 2nd rate comedians, not some 'reporters' as they claim to be.
