Get to the bottom of your sexual anxiety and nip it in the bud now. Once you become confident in your sexual ability, your approach / inner game will shoot up too, because you know you can back it up and "deliver the goods"

1) What if she doesn't cum / I can't make her cum?

Women don't judge a sexual experience purely on whether they came or not. Believe it or not, women feel rewarded by making YOU cum. It turns them on. Making a woman cum is quite easy when you know how to do it. You will get better with experience. Read up about female orgasms online if you're inexperienced, we all had to start somewhere! I personally think getting stuck in and feeling around yourself is better than any guide because you discover things and develop your own style.

2) What if my dick is too small?

You've watched too much porn. Male actors are selected for their size and use pumps / injections to make them even bigger. If you want your dick to still function when you're 50, learn to be comfortable with your size. Don't make the assumption that her ex boyfriends had 13" inch monsters. Mine is 6.5" fully erect and I'm told this is slightly above average, but I say bullshit. I still feel like I have a tiny dick. But I've learned to live with the fact that my little pin-dick makes girls scream and gush their waters all over my duvet.

3) What if I cum too soon?

If you've already cum, just have a break and pound her harder for Round 2. If you don't act bothered by it she won't be. If anything it's a sign you are highly turned on by her, which will make her feel sexier. Blame it on her for being too sexy! If you feel like you're going to cum too soon, just pull out and continue with fingers / mouth to give your dick a break, without breaking the continuity.

4) What if I can't cum / can't get an erection?

Don't masturbate too much. I usually leave about a week without jacking before sex. Sometimes it is unavoidable (eg. When you are seeing more than one girl in the same week or you see the same girl 3x times in one week) just make sure you're not jacking it like a teenager in between and you'll be fine. Also exercise regularly, eat fruit and veg. Also pineapple juice makes your spunk taste nicer. A healthy erection comes from healthy circulation, so avoid things which are bad for your heart (smoking, fatty foods, excessive drinking etc.)

Just my 2 pence!

An ancient English wisdom that my grandma taught me when I was little always helped me a lot when it came to performance anxiety: "Penis wise, pound foolish."

With this classical approach, I take care of the things that my penis needs like good nutrition, exercise, and a generous slathering of baby lotion every now and then. Then when the big show is on, I pound girls like crazy just like when Arnold Schwarzenegger was still competing for the Mr. Universe.
