I find that I have alot of compulsive behaviors, and addiction's (jerkin off to internet porn, drinking, smoking cigarette's, etc) I always do this when I'm stressed, but it also seems that my day never has enough time to it so it brings forward the stress, and makes me indulge in said addictions. I find that these behaviors are burning me out like crazy. That along with the fct that I cant express myself in my work environments, amongst so many other things, I figure these must all make an impact on who I am allowing myself to be.

What can I do about this?

You can be the person who you want to be. If you act as if you are a burn out, you will see yourself as a burn out, and you will become a burn out. If you don't like your work environment, get a new job. If you don't like smoking, quit. If you don't like masturbating, stop doing it. If you don't like drinking, don't go to the bar. Create the life for yourself that you want. Nobody can control your life besides yourself.

What you say obviously makes sense, and believe me I'm working on most of these things, But some things are hard to change like the work...well, I work for the US army and though I usually love serving, I've found that my soldier's in this particular group (my company) are a bunch of jerk off's. power hungry reserve soldier's that abuse people lower in rank then themselves. It makes me feel very confined, burnt out, etc...
