I think I grasp the concept of meditation and how to but I'm curious if there is more to it. Or if it the simplistic beauty people make it out to be. My understanding is that all you have to do is clear your mind, in a relaxed position. Is there any other advice or more in depth analysis someone could help or refer me to? I've tried to search the internet but there is large amounts of contradicting advise. Such that you must be sitting or visualizing on a candle etc. Thanks!

Thanks! Watched the whole thing. What I basically got was the meditation is to live in the present and not think about the past or the future. This is in terms of worries, thoughts, enjoyments. It basically doesn't matter how you meditate as long as you just try to be in the present.

If anyone is wanting to learn there is a lot more, but it'll be a lot more effective to watch the video than read a post.
