How can I stop focusing on things that don't matter?
for example, her sexual history after getting back together after a breakup? (she told me she did something she's really sorry about)

It got to a really ugly point where I asked some dumb and awkward questions
"who's bigger?" - "you are!!" (of course she'll say I am, even if it's a lie)
"what exactly happened there?" - "he barely put it in me" (again, she'll lie even if something happened there)
"did you feel anything?" - "just pain...I could barely even feel him inside me"
"did he cum inside of you?" - "no!"

you get the point...I felt just horrible and physically couldn't control myself with all of these questions...

at all times I seemed to have so much confidence but when you've been told of something like this (full details about girlfriend's sexual experience while broken up) something just gets fucked up inside your brain...it's not even lack of confidence, it's something I can't explain.

Seems like the more I know about it, the more I want to know, and the only reason I'm going crazy about it is because she told me about it - I know it shouldn't matter!

WHY am I focusing on things that don't matter instead of doing PRODUCTIVE work?
