Every morning wake up early, and look at the good things in your life, for example, you have a good education, good friend,s a home, a family and your hearding somewhere.
Go exercise, have a shower and eat a good breakfast and put on those clothes that make you feel sexy.

Tell yourself these things:

I can do it
I will
I know
I am

I know myself
I know my own value and potential (so your not bothered what other people think)
I am worth it
I am a lovely person
I have many attractive qualities (such as kind, compassionate, helpful)
I am interesting
I am intelligent
I have a lot to offer
There is more to me

People need to get to know me
How I come across is important
I have a personality worth knowing
