I have this weird feeling I have to cry, something stuck in my heart. My voice has gotten a bit higher than usual. I want to be more masculine, arrogant and confident. How would I do this? 8)

i have the same problem i read that its a confidence issue. you need to change your way of thinking during these situations that get you emotional also if you expose yourself to these situations they will slowly stop making you emotional or any situation that gets your heart pumping
I remember i had the same problem in middle school when i got in a fights and when my dad loses his temper and go's crazy.
when this happens u can count so the part of your brain that focuses on crying is distracted
when do u get like this

Last week in gym class, my friends were trying to show off, I found it pretty funny because they were trying so hard. I didn't think much of it but afterwards, I felt like it affected my frame. I havn't been doing many sets, because of this. My barber fucked up my hair by cutting it too short a week ago. That messed up my frame.

to increase testosterone is to prevent it from being gone in the first place.
dont masterbate.

itll help test your frame control and your mentality too.

I only go once a week. more isnt good, ur rewarding yourself for losing your control which doesnt make sense to me anymore.
