I was born with a really high/pitchy kind of girlish/kiddish voice which has damaged my confidence way to much. When i was a kid i got bullied and laughed at a lot because of my voice, untill around 2/3 years ago. Now it's been 2 years that it somehow changed and it's normal. The problem is that my confidence has already been damaged so much and it's really hard to heal. I was laughed so much that even girls i talked would point out, ask and some even laugh.
I've actually improved slowly the last 2 years but i need more help,
If you guys know a good site especially for that a book, or even a personal advice, it would help me a lot.

You can try practicing using your voice. It can be deepened with practice. Record stuff with a mic and listen and correct. Play it to trusted friend if needed.
You can use your voice for your advantage if you want. Be confident in your uniqueness.
