I was just thinking how awesome I've felt these last two weeks after I decided to quit smoking. There must be something to this. I suppose the act of quitting smoking indicates greater control, confidence, optimism, and hope for the future - all positive thought processes. At the same time I feel more attractive to women. No more cough, smell; teeth are getting a little whiter I think, skins a little clearer. I feel that I'm more in the moment now. I'm feeling the flow, and this positive energy has me talking up all kinds of women in situations where I ordinarily wouldn't.

My natural response to this is to identify other nasty habits in my life that I might eliminate to keep this positive momentum up. Has anyone experienced something like this? I'd like to hear.
