What is Mastery?
Mystery describes it as a 5 for 5.
5 sets/girls - 5 relationships

My deffinition of mastery is becoming a natural.
Being alpha without even needing to think about it.

Is this even achievable to inernalize all these different techniques we study?
Yes. It is.


Self Hypnosis or Autohypnosis is used to change your conditioned responses to minuite by minuite events. (Your conditioned mindset)
What if everytime you locked eyes with a woman instead of becoming nerveous you thought instantly about how much she wanted you?
How would that change the next minuite?

In an autohypnosis lab subject were taught to connect a word such as "large" to pupil dialation. When the subjects would hear or even think this word, thier pupils would dialate without the presence of light or other factors.
This proves that we as humans can conciously control our own unconcious behavior!

What if you could internalize body language in 2 weeks?
Well you can and right now im going to give you some techniques to concour this and any other sticking points you may have.



The hypnosis technique im going to teach you in this post is called, of course, the Basement Technique.

* What you want to do is find a quiet comfly place like lying in bed or in a nice chair (once you get better it doesn't need to be as comfy and you can "center yourself" on the go).
* Imagine yourself taking -complete- control of your body for a couple secconds.
* Focus on your eyes and eyelids being wiped through by waves of deep relaxation while saying (to yourself) "My eyes are becoming more and more relaxed with every breath"
* Invision your temples and jaw muscles completely releasing the stress of the day and becoming calm. Tell yourself how relaxed they are becoming (remember control is the key)
* Continue this process with your face, neck, shoulders, chest, stomach, back, arms, hands, legs, and feet (fingers and toes optional)
* Be sure to tell yourself thruought how calm and relaxed these body parts are becoming and how yourself as a whole is deeping relaxation with every breath.
* When you are done and your whole body is thoroughly relaxed (some twitching or vibrations may occour) envision yourself walking down into a basement. This basement is your self concious mind.
* Count back wards from 10 as you walk down the 10 steps to this "basement" and feel youself sinking deep into a "hynotic trance" (This is where you should begin to think about what your hypnosis is going to be on, such as kino or compliance and is also where your first practice session ends)
* On your seccond hypnosis session repeat the steps above and sink deeper into a trance. This in when your auto suggestion comes into play. I recomend for the first time to review some aspects of Alpha male behavior (first on eliminating the AFC tendsies - then no implanting the Alpha ones)(detailed lists can be found on the site). If you are experiencing a stickig point in your game you could focus on this instead.
* When I say to focus on these things what im talking about is deep self-observant thought. This should take more than 5 minuites. Visualization is key, you should be thinking about how you performed in the past, maybe that week, and also how you are going to perform this new skill in the future)
* You will see and feel imediate results. Keep thinking about making what youve learned a part of your true self.
* When you feel like you inner game techniques have been firmly implanted take the 10 mental steps out of your subconsious-self. Make sure to be visualizing how good learning this new skill will make you feel.
* And thats it. Go do something else. You can do this before sarging, or use it to critique your performance after. Aim for about twice a week and you'll see dramatic results in 3 weeks. Once you become fairly in tune with your self-concious you'll realize that internalizing almost anything is readily achievable.



When you are done with this initial learning process, you can experiment with some of the more advanced internalizations:

1.Positve Inforcement- Complete optimism is a wonderful mindset. Try to work on finding the good in all situations and staying resilient and unphased in the face of IODs
2.Comfort Kino- Tell yourself that whenever a girl reacts positively to you, you will easily and happily kino her. Envision her enjoying your touch.
3.Larger than Life- This is a self suggestion loop "Bold Actions, Bold Gestures". Say this over and over while envisioning yourself being a bold celebrity-type person in the weeks to come.
4.Bigger Picture(credit Sh0w)- auto suggestion to help your overall game: "I am becoming a ultra-confident master pick-up artist, who can have any woman he chooses." It's important to really visualize being this type of person while saying this to yourself.


This type of hypnosis is all about knowing your sub-concious mind and changing it for the better. This does however take some time and effort to master. And, is not a substitue for infield experience.

But it's something that benifits me in every area (every minuite) of my life.
