Backround:
hey guys, so i've known about the pua community since 2005 when i was still a sophmore in high school, by reading the game like alot of you guys. It really helped me gain self confidence to finally understand a general idea of how to attract women and that it was possible and not hopeless. i wasn't able to use much things but i did gain three long term relationships each lasting 1 year +.
Now:
So i recently became single as of 2 months ago and i've kinda been lost, new to pua again and i'm just so overwhelmed with the amount of things i've been reading. i've been out in the field at least once every weekend approaching and i've gotten some make outs and 1 lay (which i don't really count because it was an acquaintance). but the last few days that i've gone out i got rejected (they just ignored me completely) and it stung because i hadn't been in a while. I've noticed some trends, where if i go out with alcohol and friends and in a good mood i tend to do really well. and the opposite trend where i go out alone, sober, thinking way too much, i get major anxiety and if i do approach its either way over the top (hyper, fake energy), or just completely awkward. so i've been trying to figure out whether its an inner game thing, or what? the method i've been using, or at least attempting to use, is 60 years of challenge, i'm having trouble with the whole poker face, not talking and letting her talk, because i'm normally really social and love to entertain people.
So i was wondering if there is any advice i could get, whether i should just keep doing what i'm doing, or change it up? if so, how?

What you're talking about is an INNER game challenger for you. When you're drinking and with your friends you don't have that inner thinking inside of yourself, when you overanalyze things and then get anxious about approaching. When you do that, your entire approach is going to be weird - because you're not present with the environment, but you're in your head, thinking, which causes you to be disconnected from the people.

Learn to stay present when you go out, and focus on the people, rather than on yourself.

There is one technique that helps you do that and removes your anxiety completely, I don't know if you're willing to try it out.

It's called Mind Reader and it has this whole system where at the end you go through a visualization exercise and your anxiety is gone.
