Now i have noticed something about myself. DavidD and others talk about not being affected by others freaking out and living in your own reality.
On the other hand they talk calibration, looking at others and knowing when to push and when to pull.
The most wussy way of keeping a high value is to me, "inactive disinterest", where an attractive woman walk into the room, and you pretend not to notice her, just to save your value intil you have a good opener, or you wait for her to magically say something to you, but in that case you'd freak out.
This is one of my biggest problems, i opposite those that i am around. If i'm around someone with a lower social value than me, i naturally start feeling more powerful than they do. If however i'm around people with anything above equal value, my mental image of myself sink.

It makes it impossible to "vibe" with people because in most cases i don't feel like i can controll the interactions, and i put to much weight on them.
(This forum really makes it easier to put hangups into words )

Damn, I know exactly how you feel! That's why I hang out with different people than I use to when I'm out. Mostly just local PUAs or I fly solo!
