In general, modern society hyperstimulates us. We have too much information at once - you can see this in porn addiction, when people quit, they say they have much more concentration, a new energy. In my mind, the constant advertisements, the stream of things you have to remember each day, and all the crazy possibilities of today's society and the dating market can become too much. We humans are meant to be much more simple animals.
Cut out things which are pointless, break a habit, spend a day doing nothing (not leisure, just being bored!). It's also great to talk to people face to face as much as possible, people you love or know well, and establish new social bonds outside of the internet and past the small talk that passes for conversation with acquaintances. Just the simple act of reading another's feelings and conversing is fundamental to who we humans are, it makes us feel good, so spend as much time as possible in meaningful conversations with friends or family and you should get some perspective on things, mate. Hopefully inspiration will strike you.
