I think an important part of becoming more confident and secure is having good role models. Whether they are people you know personally or public figures that you can pick on things from, it gives you a more concrete starting point of how you would like to become.

Who do you guys admire most and why?

well the role models i look up to are bruce lee and arnold schartznegger. to me they both symbolize strength and toughness. its all i have to say :lol:

another way to be more confident is by making your own symbol and your motto or your own flag or picking a flag that you like. because symbol and flags represent your personality and they motivate you.

Those are interesting choices since I don't think Bruce would approve of some of Arnold's behavior of recent years :) Bruce was a man of strong integrity from what I know, whereas Arnold I'm not so sure about.
