My question is how to maintain a constant supply of money or weed in
order to suppress my depression and suicide ideation?

Quit the weed.

Start applying filling out applications and turning them in everyday.

Set goals and accomplish them.

It sounds like in this thread you're basically asking for help in being a better addict. Of course you should not become a better addict. You should get whatever help you need and can get to recover from this.
