one that goes back to the age of man.

when men were the hunter gatherers, living in close knit comunities called tribes.

in theses tribes everybody had a purpose, and everybody had a role.

the roles where simple

hunter gatherers - men
women - cookers and carers.

the children were taught to hunt or to provide.

each memeber of the tribe had to have the interest of the tribe at heart or would be pushed aside.

they cared for each other and so they got along.

in the tribes the women looked for a few things in perspective partners.
the stronger they wedre, the more reliable they were to provide, and back BACK in the day this was what was important, not looks or if they made you laugh but how likely it would be that if they had a kid the kid would survive.

the only problem was pre-selection.

if the strongest male went up and asked a woman for a "dance" and she declined, then all the other women in the tribe would see this and think if he's not good enough for her then he's not good enough for me. and said dude would be shunned and not be able to dance with anyone.

his status would drop, and he would then could not appraoch another girl becuase he had been de-selected.

his genes could not pass on because of his newly lowered status, and there fore his instinctive life process to replicate would not be reached.

this is why its hard sometimes for guys to go and speak to girls in the club, why they stand at the side starring. looking them up and down thinking of all the smooth confident people they've ever seen in life or on tv, and wishing for an ounce of that confidence. but too scared ot o and say anything.
promtly they go and get steaming and when they have the confidence to talk to her, she ash already been talking to someone with a little more confidence.
the first guy gets annoyed with himself and begins to take it out on his friends or people he dosnt know, and an evening of going home alone ensues.

On the other hand back BACK in the day, if the woman said yes to her first advance, she would have, by todays standards been called easy. and once people have this sort of reputation is hard to get rid off.
she would have lowered status throughout the tribe and her instinct to survive and replicate would not be met, as int he day she needed a man to provide for her.

so in todays standards if a girl is easy, or liberal, then her chances of finding someone to provide for her is lessened. she realises this and starts looking for somebody with sustenance. her past actions have gotten her into a viscious circle where guys want her for sex and not much more.

another quirky twist of fate is that woman are now the hunter gatherers and the carers. they go out to the shops for the food and take it home and cook it, or the man cooks it been the career and the woman is the hunter gatherer. she has her own career now, bringing in the bread and the guy is virutally rendered useless.

his life process's to survive and replicate, are still there but his passion for hunting and caring are lessened as woman can do it for themselves now.

now this leaves the guy open to do one of a few things

the first is to sit back and let the woman do everything for them, sounds good no???!? sit there as she provides and cares, and all you are is the occasional sperm doner.
sit back an waste away with no purpose?

or

make a purpose for yourself, be the best that you can be so the woman still needs you in her life. she still needs her strength, her man her hunter gatherer that brings her things that she dosnt get for herself.
give yourself a new purpose in the tribe that society has given you.
