How to Meditate Properly
Im reasonably new to pick up however I have taken a real interest and time in learning how to meditate properly and its become a vital part of my Day to Day routine.

Funnily when many people think of meditation they think of a Buddah and candles and stuff. Thats all an element of it but they key is whats going on in your mind.
So key elements . .

Getting in a relaxed state, subtle lighting (red bulbs) are always good as opposed to candles and the risk of a fire hazard =P

Breathing techniques, the quick way is 10 really deep slow breaths to get you in state, relaxing your body

A small spirit always goes down well

Then think about what you really want and envision it

Now importantly FEEL what it would be like to Experience your vision. The sounds the smells and the emotion behind it

You know when you are in the true meditation state because 30 minutes or even hours would have passed in the blink of an eye

You sessions need to be regula and consistent with the same thought

Give it a week . . its supprising what you will find

Bigger wishes take longer and don’t forget to do the physical stuff behind it to, for example if you are envisioning the girl of your dreams you actually need to get out there approach women/ the girl you want and give reality a chance to give you the opportunity.

Im not saying this will get you what you want like "magic" but when you do go out you will be in state and vibing on the correct level =)

also beware the old saying "be car-full what you wish for" you ma get what you want but not always in the way you wanted it

Cheers mate!

I got my information from a book called the power of now! That showed me how to meditate.

I sit down with my hands on my legs listen to my breathing or visulize a spot on the wall.

Getting better at it! Ihave to put more time to it.
