basicly me and a friend went to the mall last week and we saw girls he wanted me to aproach but i got to shy, he tried to force but i couldnt. we're gonna go to the mall again next week but this time he wants me to either walk with my pants down or shout out an embarrising sentence in public the idea is if i do something that takes alot of balls to do then talking to girls will become childs play, i would consider doing the second one but i doubt it will get me talking to girls

It's about getting out of your comfort zone when you're not used to approaching. Doing something that will embarrass you in public and seeing the result of it clears away apprehensions, because you realise that none of it really matters! We only do certain things because society has built up these preconceptions, yet when you do something out of the "ordinary", people may look at you for 5 seconds, then they walk past, you never see them again and you aren't affected at all. It's getting that sort of experience and mind set that works.

Also, there is a more short term effect as well - if you do something a little bit crazy and out of your comfort zone, you're going to get an adrenaline rush. When you get that buzz, you're going to be in a more talkative and energetic state.

So, in short, yes, I would advise doing something that puts you out of your comfort zone. It hasn't got to be quite as extreme as walking round with your pants down, but something along those lines is good.

Won't last long in the mall, if you walk around with your pants down. lol
