i have always have been afraid of people not liking me, afraid of upsetting people and i think that i have really been holding me back of become the arrogant jerk that i must be in order to get more girls! any advice on this how to overcome this anxiety??

Are you okay with YOU?

That's the very first question you must ask yourself. You probably are not if you have this self-fulfilling prophecy of thinking people won't like you. FUCK everyone else man.

It comes down to being comfortable in your own skin. Each and every individual has this sort of internal dialogue and every single person has some level of anxiety towards the environment around him I GUARANTEE it. So really look inside yourself and make sure that YOU are okay with YOU.

well i don't think i am totally okay with myself, my body have developed slowly and therefore i look a bit younger then i actually am, for 2 years ago it was almost impossible for me to score because of this last year i didn't even hook up with one single girl... back then anyone talking about age would make me really nervous because i was afraid that they would ask me how old i was a laugh. But i think that i have gotten a lot better with with myself and it dosen't affect me so badly any more, i have pulled more chicks this year then any other year in my life (i am still only 17) and my confidence is higher then ever. However i still think that i am a bid said about me looking young because i think it holds me a bit back!

I really dislike you !!!

So now what ? Are you going to die because me, someone you never seen before, disliked you ? You just have to realize that there will always be people disliking you; but there will also be people liking you. If someone dislikes you, you will never be in touch with that person anyway. So stop focusing on the disliking. Focus on those that like you. You need a mind shift.

When you put it like that, you make it sound so easy, but i can't just change my mind like that. maybe it would help to se a psychologist, i have just always felt that if a person would see a psychologist that person would be stamplet "crazy"
