And by controlling the thoughts also the feelings, one is linked to another.
Im more positive than I was back at the day, but still some things make me doubt, and hesitation is what kills me, what brings me down.
How can you actually control all those negative thoughts that comes easier than the positive ones? =)
You can remove
those thoughts that you're purposely placing there. When you tell your mind over and over that something MAKES YOU DOUBT then you're creating a reality where things CAN make you doubt which triggers hesitation.
ie: you'll telling your mind that something it can control CANNOT be controlled so it doesn't bother to do something it's been told isn't within its power.
