You achieve this by visualizing and putting yourself into a memory of when you were strongly in a confident state. Perhaps you were the life of the party and women were opening you because you were such a fucking rockstar, and remembering that feeling is sometimes all the "warm up" you need to be social and "on" when you go out.
The problem is that when you are new, we may not have strong enough memories of being in that state of confidence, so here is my Elliciting confidence routine.
Think of one of your goals in life.
Visualize yourself in an everyday situation that you would be in after you achieve that goal.
Notice the feelings you have knowing what you achieved, and how far you have come from what you were.
Notice how people react positively and supplicatively to you with your confident attitude.
Notice how women fiddle with their jewelry and toss their hair, and lean in to talk to you.
Notice how this is normal to you, this is the way things are.
Make a gesture, I like to snap my fingers. Do this whenever you visualize the above scene to create an anchor for yourself. Accessing these feelings of confidence and contentment will be as easy as snapping your fingers.
When I did this, my goal was/is to be a boxer. So I visualized myself in the boxing ring before the match. I never had to visualize how the actual fight went, because my confident self already knew how the fight was going to go. my confident self didnt even need the validation of winning the boxing match.
