Back in my early teen days I learnt how fear developed in my mind. It came from when I was a skater. The 1st time I stood ontop of a full size half pipe at the age of 11 with a bunch of 18y/o punks laughing at me freaking. I totally layed a massive brick in my pants. I spent ages peering over the edge and a hour later one of the punks pushed me off as i stood there.

I COMPLETELY NAILED MYSELF. skateboard in face sorta-nail. But the most important thing was, I knew what it was like now. So after that i could do it over and over no problem because I No Longer Feared The Unknown.

I use this in Sarging, obviously. For you its not so much the approach but freezing up when u get there?

Seriously the best thing to do is to go Hypnotica on yourself and strap a dildo on your head.
Or simpler yet just stick ure finger in your nose and say 'hi' and WINK to every woman that walks by.

Really its all about knowing and experiencing the worst and finding out its not that bad, so you can always think "oh this is NOOO Where near as bad as that time I walked around with a Dildo on my head wearing a fairy dress!"

Start with the timid stuff like the 'I like me' repitition. When ure confident enough to keep the convo what got me off my feet was:

Give all my money to my WING and tell him not to give it back till I open # of sets. Give him EVERYTHING that can get you home. Then set a time constriction. Start easy (i started on 3) then move up and up. Make sure its alot of $ or its already getting late. You wana make it so you'd rather open then sleep on the street.

These are all real good - Here's one thing that can help getting over anxiety that I learned from The Game.

- First of all, take everything in little chunks. When I started I read everything I could get my hands on for like 2 days and I knew absolutely everything. When I tried to sarge though, I fucked up because I couldn't keep track of opening, ignoring, negging, dhv-ing, amog-ing and allllllll that other shit. So next time you go to a club or whatever, take it in little pieces. Don't focus on getting laid - just focus on opening, saying "pleasure to meet you" and walking away. Once you're good with that - start trying to push it a little farther. Stay for like 5 minutes and then go. Then throw in negging, then dhv-ing, and just take it one step at a time.

The money trick sounds like a great plan. Nothing says motivation like your wing walking off with all your money and credit cards. Makes you feel the "need" to seduce a women just so you have a 'warm' place to crash for the night (then make you eggs in the morning
