Well, your reply was pretty rude to be fair. Especially since I was the only guy bored enough to even entertain your thread and get it started
All I said was that your answer was an example, not an explanation or a definition. That is not rude. I am not putting you down at all. You most definitely have more lays this year than I do in my life. That speaks for itself.

A strong frame is the way you view the interaction. Really it's about holding an opinion that is unwavering. It's sort of a silly concept because it isn't flexible and flowing with the interaction is just as important. In other words, if the interaction isn't going well, it's important to recognize that for damage control. It's possible to hold a frame that you think the interaction can still be salvaged. In other words, how do you view the interaction and define it. It's more of a mind trick. Again, picking up signs of success and allowing it to improve your confidence, rather than seeing all the things going wrong is a type of frame. In a way, it's all about the signals you are sending off about how you feel and see the interaction. You are always framing the interaction even if you aren't sure. It comes off in your body language, word choice, etc. taking control of this is important because many of us are taught to be passive about interactions and see where it goes. It's somewhat difficult to express in words but it's important. Watch other people. See them frame other people as high value or even as stupid. You will see people frame each other into roles they might not even like. It's essentially the definition or undercurrent of the interaction at hand. It's the intention behind it being communicated through everything. It's your standpoint as far as whether you're interested or not. In the end, it's what you are communicating and having a strong frame means you don't break your frame or change your opinion of the situation even when a woman might test you by saying "we aren't going to have sex" or "you're lame." If you believe that, then it will be apparent. If you don't let it deter you from your view, then you've held a strong frame. Then the other person questions their own point of view. This makes them consider and buy into your frame of mind. Just like a coach who says the team can win. The team buys into that mentality.
