RSD Tyler said not to let people /women give you value because it lowers your confidence and self esteem and it boosts your ego which is unhealthy. How do I take compliments and build on them without hurting myself.

what a strange question.
you are taking too much of what tyler says as gospel.
if the person giving you the compliment is someone's opinion you value then take the compliment . not complicated.
