And also, the more you talk to people, the more comfortable you will get around them. The cooler attitude will result in better wording, a calmer voice tone, and a generally stronger effect when you talk. And besides that you don't have to talk so much when you're one on one with a girl anyway. Silence can be golden, and the most important things are not what you are saying, but rather how, and when you are saying it. Which really can only be learned through trial and error in my opinion.

Juggler Method and general books about having conversations helped me a lot. Making associations is also a good way to keep conversations going. In general, when someone doesn't know what to talk about it's because he fears he's going to say uncool things. If you don't give a fuck, you have more things to say.
