If you replace the fighting references with approaching & seducing woman you will find yourself be more calm. I used to think & watch this when I went to pick up woman. Also works for sports or any competition (gaming) type event.
You may have had nightmares or bad experinces in your life. But when you think like Tyson in the video with woman it can really snowball you to talking to new woman even when you are nervous. I hope you all take something from this. :)
