So this is my mindset. It's kinda silly/geeky but it works haha and every guy likes video games so it should resonate with many of you. I doubt it'll eliminate your approach anxiety right away, but it should give you something to think about.

Think of pick-up as a game. A really fun, exciting, exhilarating game. A video game. Women are AI. (artificial intelligence) They respawn everywhere. Your mission for the game is to attract as many women as you can.

Keep going from woman to woman, with the goal of getting them attracted to you.

When you play video games, do you get upset when you die? Maybe the first time you EVER played video games in your life, you got upset that you lost. But now, if you ever play a game, what do you do when you lose? You replay the game. You start all over.

This is what approaching women is like. If you get rejected, and you essentially “lose”, all you have to do is hit the replay button and go approach a new woman. You’ll lose many times, you might screw up your voice tonality, you might screw up your body language, you might stutter, there might be awkwardness. Who cares? When you’re getting good at a game, you’ll lose many times. Just hit replay and keep going. You’ll also win many times. As you get better at the game of approaching women, you’ll have more fun, you’ll enjoy the game more, and you’ll succeed more and more.

Do this more and more, feel the thrill of being able to meet any woman you want without the fear of failure. Remember, it’s all a game. If you lose, just hit replay and find another woman.

Eventually you’ll be a master at the game, and you’ll be undefeatable. You'll rack up killstreaks (lay streaks) you'll master new abilities (same night lays, 10 minute pulls, 30 second kisses), you'll add new qualities to your character (you) such as a new voice, new clothing, new postures, new belief sets. You can customize yourself and delete old skills and ways of thinking that don't serve you. You'll go on co-op missions with wingmen. You'll try stealth missions (stealth seduction) you'll try all out war. (super direct game) You'll find your ideal strategies. It gets funner and funner.

This is why they call it the "game", not the "omg if she rejects me I'm a poor loser I can't do anything no one likes me boo hoo"
