For several years now I have spent my time researching, practicing and learning the techniques needed to motivate oneself, create charisma and confidence, and generally improve one's quality of life.

I'm a new, budding Motivational coach, based around London and the South East of England. My goal is to start up a real business, but one aimed simply at helping people, something I love to do. I understand there is a large amount of stigma around this sort of thing, so one initial target I have set is to eliminate this. Therefore I am going to be giving several sessions and workshops for free, so people can meet me, see what I have to offer, without the worry that this is a con or anything. Also, with every new client, I arrange a meet, so we can talk and get to know each others targets, for free, just so we can see if my services are really for you.
