The Law of Attraction does work! Cbt therapy proves it! The Law of attraction is no secret nor is it magical. It simply is a tool we can use to choose the thoughts we have running in our head. We can reprogram our minds using some cbt techniques or by repeating or listening to words that we choose to be replayed in our brain. The reason why thinking positivly is so important because our decisions are made by the thoughts we think. For example, if I think to my self I'm a low valued looser that sucks at seducing women then my decisions are going to be based on this thinking and will demotivated me to try. On the other hand, if I think to my self, "I am a high valued winner that is a master at seducing women" then naturally I will be motivated to talk to women because I believe in my self. And this is a quality women want in a man, to be confident.

So I suggest to you that you work on reprogramming your mind. Here's an exersize for you. Bring a piece of paper and a pen with you. When you come across a beautiful woman and have approach anxiety or you do have a conversation with a beautiful woman, write down the negative thoughts you had that prevented you from taking the first step. After you do this write down a positive thought to take its place. For example, I see a beautiful woman but Im to afraid to approach and my negative thoughts are "I'm not good enough, I'm boring, I don't know what to say". Now I write this down and fill it in with positive thoughts to replace. Like, "I'm good enough, I'm fun, I know exactly what to say". After doing this exersize I urge you to open or download a voice recorder on your cell phone. I want you now to record these positive thoughts for about a few minutes or more over and over. After you recorded your self, make it a daily habit to listen to your positive thoughts on the recording. The trick with success is persitance, keep doing this and you will see results in an attitude change. Don't expect it to change instantly overnight. Reprogramming your mind is like planting a seed. Don't keep uprooting the seed looking for instant results but instead water it with patience and watch the results happen naturally, don't force it.

Remember when reprogramming your mind focus on thoughts to improve your confidence, not to change the world but instead change your perception of it. Always remember, your focus determines your reality. So you find what you seek. This is why it's important to reprogram your mind to think good things so it can filter your minds eye to look for those thoughts.

I haven't really had any experience of long term visualisation/law of attraction type stuff. However, I do find that short time immediate visualisation is great. I first started it in sports - just for an instant flash before the ball is coming towards me, I picture in my head my first touch and then where I'm going to pass it, or I picture myself jumping higher than my opponent to win the header etc. It is an extremely short visualisation, and it gets easier with more experience because you can visualise making the *right* decision quicker. Without the experience you ccan have a number of different options which you're not sure about making - but when you've done it over, you get a better feeling for when to attack the ball, or when to drop off and cover etc.

The same, I think, can be said for your "game". I don't like to think too much when it comes to women. But if you walk into a room and see a hot girl, just visualise instantly you smiling warmly and introducing yourself - you don't need to visualise the whole interaction or the outcome or anything. Just visualise that smile, the introduction and your great confident body language when you're doing it. Then it comes a lot easier to do all of those things in real life.
